Family sues Navy Pier over 'totally preventable, tragic accident' at a climbing wall

The lawyer of a Michigan family who is suing Navy Pier over a incident at a climbing wall say the accident was preventable. An 8-year-old boy fell 24 feet onto concrete from the top of a climbing wall when he was not properly harnessed.
