Actor Alec Baldwin to be charged in shooting on 'Rust' movie set

Alec Baldwin will be charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie "Rust." She was killed on set in 2021 when a gun Baldwin was holding fired.
