Legal expert weighs in on involuntary manslaughter charges expected for Alec Baldwin

Alex Baldwin will be charged with involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of a cinematographer on the set of the movie "Rust." One expert says the two counts stem from Baldwin actually firing the weapon and because he was a producer, so some responsibility for safety on set fell on him.
