Dakotah Earley sues city of Chicago after being wounded in Lincoln Park shooting

Lawyers for Dakotah Early will announce a lawsuit against the city of Chicago today after he was seriously wounded in a shooting last year. The lawsuit claims the city's "no pursuit" policy left Earley in danger.
