Norfolk Southern to start shipping toxic waste from East Palestine train derailment on Monday

Federal and state officials dealing with the toxic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, have decided to move the water that was used to fight the fire to a deep injection well in Vickery, Ohio, about three hours away.
