Cineyouth features Chicago's rising film makers

The Chicago International Film Festival for up and coming directors under the age of 22 kicks of this weekend at Facets in Lincoln Park. There will be 65 short films shown at the 18th annual Cineyouth Festival and they are all free and open to the public.
