Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker signs Firearm Industry Responsibility Act into law

The governor says the new Firearm Industry Responsibility law will cut down on what he calls "unsafe marketing practices" by gun manufacturers, including targeting those under the age of 18 and promoting guns to use for paramilitary purposes. Anthony Ponce reports.
