Teen chaos in Cicero: Big police response after boy is shot, huge crowd jumps on cars

Witnesses tell FOX 32 that several teenagers were seen jumping on cars in the parking lot, and randomly attacking bystanders. “They were destroying property, pushing over old people, trying to get into local businesses," a witness said. Nate Rodgers reports.
