West Siders celebrate 60th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s 'I Have a Dream' speech

Chicagoans are coming together Monday to honor the 60th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech and the March on Washington.
