Video shows girl caught under car during Wicker Park hit-and-run crash

Surveillance video shows a girl being dragged by a car for a few moments before the driver flees the scene of the crash leaving the victim on the roadway. Her family is filing a lawsuit against the owner of the car. The crash happened on Aug. 4 and charges have yet to be filed.
