Community leaders hold rally to demand clemency for wrongful conviction

Campaign to Free Incarcerated Survivors of Police Torture held a rally in hopes to get a clemency hearing for Rico Clark. He was sentence to 55 years in prison for a 2006 murder on the South Side.
