Mayor Brandon Johnson unveils $16.6B spending plan

Mayor Johnson released his first budget plan for fiscal year 2024 coming in at a whopping $16.6 billion. That's $236 million than last year's. His plan to balance the budget stays true to his campaign by not increasing property taxes or laying off any city workers.
