Balloons and much more return for Chicago's 2023 Thanksgiving Parade

The giant balloons of your favorite characters will return this year after a brief hiatus from the Chicago Thanksgiving Day Parade on State Street. Performers like the Thistle and Heather Highland Dancers are gearing up to take on the streets of downtown this Thursday.
