Frankfort rooftop rescue: Man hospitalized after being trapped on top of Grainery tower

A contractor was rescued from the top of the Frankfort Grainery tower after falling 15 feet and injuring his arm. He's hospitalized but in stable condition. Tia Ewing has more.
