Uptown to celebrate Lunar New Year with Argyle parade

Lunar New Year began Saturday, Feb. 10; this year is the year of the Dragon. To honor the new year and start it off right Uptown is hosting its Argyle Lunar New Year Celebration on Feb. 17 with a parade beginning at 1 p.m.
