Chicago alderman challenges incumbent Chuy Garcia for House seat

Jesus “Chuy” Garcia is running for his fourth term in Congress, representing Illinois’ fourth district. He was first elected in 2018, but this is the first time he has had to face a challenger in the Democratic primary.
