Gaza ceasefire talks continue as Israel begins attacks on Rafah

Hamas reportedly agreed to a ceasefire proposal on Monday. Negotiations were still underway Tuesday as Israel moved in on Rafah. The IDF said their latest attacks in Rafah were in retaliation after three Israeli soldiers were killed.
