DCFS looking to hire at Puerto Rican Fest in Humboldt Park

The annual Puerto Rican Festival is this weekend in Humboldt Park. The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services will be out there not just to have a good time but to recruit people to help fill a need and bring more jobs to the community.
