Car overturned on OB Eisenhower exit ramp in Broadview

A rollover crash clocking an exit ramp on the outbound Eisenhower was causing some delays during the morning rush Tuesday. An overturned car was blocking the ramp at 25th Street in Broadview. Another vehicle involved was in the ditch.
