Caitlin Tracey?s Michigan neighbors speak out after her death in Chicago

Caitlin Tracey was found dead at the bottom of a Chicago stairwell nearly six weeks ago. Now, her neighbors in Michigan are opening up about the 36-year-old woman who they say seemingly had it all together.
