Chicago alders consider new curfew rule to prevent 'teen takeovers'

The Chicago City Council’s Public Safety Committee is expected to consider an ordinance to give police the authority to implement temporary curfews for teens in response to recent so-called "teen takeovers" that have sometimes led to violence.
