Chinese nationals accused of smuggling toxic fungus

A Chinese woman who worked at a lab at the University of Michigan is in custody and her boyfriend, a Chinese national, has been returned to China. Federal prosecutors accuse both of smuggling a potentially toxic fungus into the U.S.
