Ald. Ray Lopez urges President Trump to grant amnesty to noncitizens with clean records

Chicago Alderman Ray Lopez (15th Ward) says he?s sent a letter to President Donald Trump urging him to grant amnesty and pardons to noncitizens who have maintained a clean criminal record for the past ten years. Lopez says it?s time to move beyond political rhetoric and take action.
