Broadview mayor, police sued over curfew rules placed on protesters outside of ICE facility

A lawyer filed a lawsuit against the village of Broadview after claims that the mayor's designated protesting hours breaks the First Amendment. The lawsuit was filed by attorney Robert Held who was detained by federal agents during protests outside of the city's ICE facility.
