More layoffs to hit Harvey during holiday season

Harvey is once again dealing with layoffs as the city’s money troubles continue. The first round in October sidelined nearly 70 people, a lot of them firefighters. Now, a second round leaves eight more people out of work. Kasey Chronis joins us live in-studio with the latest.
