Senate meets ahead of dueling health care proposal votes

Lawmakers in Washington are also staring down a year-end crisis soaring health care premiums. Congress only has a matter of days to approve a new plan otherwise millions of Americans could be paying hundreds of dollar more for their health care next year. Rebekah Castor has the details.
