A woman says her 1-year-old Yorkie was attacked by three unleashed dogs at a Lincoln Park apartment complex. She says the attack happened as an elevator opened and that her dog was on a leash at the time. Fox Chicago’s Tia Ewing is digging into the story and what led up to the incident.
