Family demanding answers after son shot nearly four years ago

 Giovanni Flores was just 19, waiting for his mom outside a hospital when he was killed.  Nearly four years later, his family still doesn’t have answers. Crime Stoppers is putting up a reward for any info that leads to an arrest.  His loved ones are still hoping someone steps up and says something.  Tia Ewing is taking a closer look at what’s been done and what it’ll take to move this case forward.
