Michigan democrat proposes abolishing ICE

On Capitol Hill, democratic lawmakers are using every tool at their disposal to reform ICE - or get rid of it entirely.  The “Abolish ICE Act” is being proposed by a Michigan democrat and would dissolve the agency and end its enforcement authority.
