North Side neighbors are searching for a cat missing after a Dec. 16 fire at an Uptown apartment building at 4909 N. Glenwood Ave. Resident Jessika Cutts said her cat, Scribbles, ran out of the apartment during the fire and has not been found. Anyone with information about Scribbles can call 309-712-0442
