Four republicans agree to back democrats in Obamacare fight

Time is almost up. Congress is trying to pass a law to keep health insurance premiums from spiking for millions in a few weeks. Some republicans are now working with democrats to push for an extension of the affordable care act credits.  Connor Hansen has more on this developing story.
