Bears stadium prompts tax concerns

While we wait to see if the Bears stay in Chicago or move to Indiana, there’s a lot of talk about what all this means for your property taxes.  Many of you heard about the Megaproject Bill where a company --- like the Chicago Bears --- could have their property valuation frozen for up to 40 years.  Bret Buganski is in Portage Park.
