Family of Chicago boat captain who drowned at DuSable Harbor files lawsuit

The family of a well-known Chicago boat captain who drowned last summer at DuSable Harbor is now suing, saying his death could have been prevented. They’re taking the case to court and outlining who they believe is responsible.
