Half of Chicago parents had trouble paying energy bills in 2025, study finds

A new report found that half of Chicago's parents had trouble paying their energy bills last year amid extreme winter weather. Lurie Children's Hospital conducted the study, and Marie Heffernan, one of the researchers, joined Fox Chicago to talk about it.
