Firefighters battle blaze on Chicago's South Side
A fire broke out at a multi-family unit in Chicago's Chatham neighborhood Tuesday morning. It is not clear how the fire started or if anyone was hurt.
CHICAGO - A fire broke out at a residential building in Chicago's Chatham neighborhood Tuesday morning.
Chicago firefighters were called to a four-story building at 8035 South Evans Avenue.
Smoke could still be seen coming from the top floor around 6:40 a.m.
Fire officials have not said if anyone was injured. Crews are still on the scene working on the building.
