Porch collapse in Highland Park injures three

HIGHLAND PARK, Illinois (Fox 32 News) - Three people were injured on Saturday afternoon in suburban Chicago when a porch collapsed.

The porch failed on a townhouse in the "Fort Sheridan" area of Highland Park. 

Three people fell about 15 feet to the ground when the porch collapsed on the townhouse in the 200 block of Leonard Wood South around 4:15 p.m.

Highland Park Fire said they did not have an update on their conditions.

Building department personnel were brought out to the scene for inspection of the porch, and others down the row of townhouses.
