Chicago weather: Several inches of snow possible in northern suburbs

It may be technically be spring, but that doesn't mean winter weather is all wrapped up. Many northern suburbs and southern Wisconsin are under a Winter Weather Advisory for most of Saturday morning through the early afternoon with a possibility of significant snowfall.
