15 wounded in mass shooting on Chicago's West Side

Chicago police are investigating a motive after a suspect fired into a crowded gathering in North Lawndale Sunday morning wounding 15 people. The suspect was arrested. Two of the victims are in critical condition. According to online reports, a comedian was hosting a Halloween party.
