Mother of 2 heads home for the holidays after double-lung transplant

Doctors at Northwestern Medicine gave a mother of two the best gift this holiday season: Thanksgiving with her family. Emily Presley underwent a double-lung transplant last fall and will now get to go home for the holidays.
