Iowa caucuses set for Monday despite wintry weather conditions

It's a cold sprint to the finish in Iowa where Monday night, thousands will caucus to determine the winner of that state's Republican Presidential Primary, the first in the nation. Rebekah Castor has the latest from Des Moines.
