Pet safety tips during bitterly cold weather

If it's too cold out for you, it's too cold for your pets. Cook County Communications Director Natalia Derevyanny says walks with your pet should remain as short as possible. Dogs can start getting frostbite in as little as 15 minutes in current temperatures.
