White House eyes trade deals before Aug. 1; talks tough with India, EU, Japan

The White House says it will announce a number of trade deals in the coming days ahead of President Donald Trump's Aug. 1 deadline. Negotiations with India, the EU, and Japan are proving to be challenging. And, China could get another extension.
