CBP Chief daily meetings with judge permanently blocked

Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino was ordered to meet with a federal judge daily to provide updates on ICE activity in Chicago earlier this week. An appeals court blocked the meetings on Friday saying they would infringe on separation of powers.
