Murder charge filed in death of woman killed on LSD fleeing robbery

An 18-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a 32-year-old woman who was fatally struck by a pickup as she and her boyfriend attempted to flee an armed robbery by running across Lake Shore Drive last weekend.
