McCarthy: I'll remove politics from CPD to lower crime rates

Mayoral candidate and former Chicago police superintendent Garry McCarthy says he'll tackle the city's crime by removing politics from the police department. McCarthy has accused Mayor Emanuel of meddling too often in the city's policing strategies.
