Winter storm hits Chicago; 500 flights canceled

Heavy snow, high-speed gusts and frigid temperatures pummeled the Chicago area late Friday in the region?s first winter storm of 2019 and brought hazardous road conditions and more than 500 flight cancelations over the three-day weekend.
