Videos released of justified Waukegan officer-involved shooting in 2019

Three videos have been released of an officer-involved shooting after prosecutors determined that a Waukegan police officer was justified in fatally shooting a man who allegedly tried to hit him with a vehicle on Feb. 3, 2019.
