PPP loan helps Andersonville restaurant offer takeout without surcharge

Andersonville's Gadabout restaurant originally closed when the stay at home order went into effect. But with the help of a paycheck protection program loan, they began taking takeout and delivery orders two weeks ago without a surcharge.
