Lightfoot shows support for licensing cops

Mayor Lori Lightfoot is weighing in on a controversial plan to make police officers be licensed by the state. Attorney General Kwame Raoul championed this policy when he was a state lawmaker in 2015 after the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson. Missouri, but he never got it passed.
