CPS requiring teachers to return to classrooms Monday, says students will be back in classrooms Tuesday

Chicago Public Schools and the Chicago Teachers Union failed to reach a deal over the weekend. The district says that teachers must return to classrooms on Monday and that teachers who continue to try to teach remotely will be locked out of the system.
